A lithium-battery connection can be specified as an individual red or black 4AWG/25mm² lead. This soft silicone-insulated wire carries a 600 V designation and an explicitly stated working-temperature range of −60°C to 200°C.
Use those parameters with the actual battery circuit and the finished lead drawing. The conductor, insulation envelope and connection dimensions need to refer to the same selected wire.
Define the copper and silicone construction
The round single-core wire has a stranded tinned-copper conductor with 0.08 mm individual wires. Custom pure copper or another requested material is offered; identify the intended material before finalizing the conductor dimensions and strand count.

Check the finished battery-lead fit
