This YJLV32 aluminium power cable uses XLPE insulation and wire-armoured construction at 0.6/1kV in the four-core 50mm2 selection. Confirm the wire-armour metal before selecting the exact armoured build. Complete the full layer drawing and conductor allocation with the circuit requirements, then agree compatible ends and physical quantities for the intended installation.

Identify the wire-armour metal separately

Use an approved construction drawing to define the wire-armour metal independently of the aluminium conductor material. Include the insulation and complete layer arrangement on that drawing. Settle the selected armoured construction before final preparation and termination details are agreed for the intended route and equipment connections.

Complete the known aluminium and XLPE build

Retain aluminium as the conductor material and XLPE as the insulation requirement in the full specification. Agree the final outer sheath with the confirmed armour arrangement. Obtain preparation information for the chosen complete construction and compare its material reference with the cable-end and installation requirements of the project.

Allocate conductors and request precise IEC scope

Give every conductor a required section, electrical duty and equipment connection on the circuit drawing. Keep the allocation beside the four-core 50mm2 selection. Where IEC acceptance applies, identify the exact number, part and supporting scope for the confirmed construction, retaining the request with the full material and circuit drawings.

Finalize the physical cable request

Choose compatible aluminium ends after the complete construction is confirmed, checking preparation space and equipment access. Review applicable installation information for the selected build and route. Give physical cut lengths and quantities separately from conductor area, including agreed allowances, the final sheath, approved allocation and compatible ends with the completed purchase schedule.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
