TypePower Cable
The copper underground power-cable family combines XLPE insulation, a PVC jacket and steel-wire armour, with a 0.6/1kV rating. Its stated conductor-size choices are 50, 70, 120, 150, 185 and 240mm2. Agree the final core arrangement before completing the selected individual sections, electrical allocation and cable-end requirements.
Confirm one conductor arrangement
Record the required core layout in the approved circuit drawing. Give each conductor a section, electrical function and equipment connection within that arrangement. Review proposed terminations using the completed individual allocation so the underground cable schedule describes a definite configuration before dependent quantities are finalized.
Choose the required section values
Select the appropriate conductor sections from the stated 50, 70, 120, 150, 185 and 240mm2 choices. Retain the exact areas and individual duties with the agreed layout. Keep physical cable length separate from those area values and use the actual selected configuration for the connection review.
Retain the steel-wire layer build
Keep conductor copper, XLPE insulation, PVC jacket and steel-wire armour separately identified in the construction drawing. Compare alternative cables using this full material reference. Review preparation and compatible armoured cable ends, obtaining installation information applicable to the selected build and intended underground installation.
Complete route and cut-length requirements
State required physical cut length independently, retaining 1m(3.28ft) as the available length-option reference. Include the approved allocation, selected conductor areas and agreed cable ends with the quantities. Consider the route, equipment access and end-preparation space using installation details for that construction, and keep any precise project acceptance criterion with the selected cable drawing and final order.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
