Flexible silicone-insulated wire is described for equipment, internal wiring, electronic appliances and heating-equipment enquiries. The round, stranded tinned-copper single core has a stated 600V rating and -60°C to 200°C working range. Its finished conductor and insulation dimensions should correspond to the connection being considered.
Specify the requested 12, 14, 16, 18 or 22 AWG wire
Give the conductor gauge, strand construction and finished silicone dimensions for a matched quotation. Other silicone choices include 17, 20, 24, 26 and 30 AWG, with a 1m length option. Identify the route and available installation space for the proposed heating-equipment or internal-wiring component.
Describe the actual heat and oil conditions
The wire has stated temperature and oil resistance. Give the operating environment, circuit load and continuous duty required by the assembly. Keep those requirements with the selected conductor and insulation construction so the material review concerns the actual equipment connection.
Arrange the custom construction and evaluation documents
Insulation material, conductor construction, connectors and packing can be requested through an OEM or ODM enquiry. Datasheets, samples, test reports and quality-system audit reports are offered. Specify the exact sample and document scope needed to evaluate the wire that will be quoted for the assembly.
Choose the packing for the required finished lengths
Wooden or plastic drums, wooden boxes, iron drums and custom packing are named supply choices. Give the finished lengths and total quantity with the selected AWG and any connector requirement. The packing and material request should identify one proposed wire, with the conductor and insulation dimensions needed by the equipment.
