TypeMulti-Core Power Cable
YJLV32 combines aluminium conductors, XLPE insulation and steel-wire armour in a four-core power cable rated 0.6/1kV. The technical selection is 50mm2, with an IEC 60502 reference. Use the complete SWA material arrangement and circuit allocation when reviewing the required cable, equipment connections and supporting project documents.
Define the aluminium core duties
Show every conductor's required section, electrical function and connection point on the circuit drawing. Keep this individual allocation with the four-core 50mm2 selection when comparing the proposed cable against the equipment requirements. Agree the conductor arrangement before choosing the final cable ends.
Complete the outer construction
Retain aluminium conductor material, XLPE insulation and steel-wire armour on the full material drawing. Agree the final outer sheath to complete the selected build. Obtain preparation information for that construction, using the chosen armour arrangement and conductor allocation in the cable-end review.
Review access at the connections
Choose cable ends compatible with the aluminium conductors and finished cable build. Check the space and equipment access needed for preparation at each connection. Keep those details beside the circuit drawing and route requirements when settling the installation and agreed end allowances.
Request the exact IEC 60502 scope
State the applicable part and acceptance scope where IEC 60502 documents are required by the project. Match the supporting information to the selected cable construction. Retain the precise request with the finalized material drawing and circuit specification throughout the technical review.
List the physical cuts
Give cut lengths and quantities in a separate physical cable schedule, with any agreed allowances. Keep the 50mm2 section notation apart from those measurements. Include the approved allocation, sheath and compatible ends with the final order details.

Provide the product reference, selected configuration, quantity and destination. Confirm drawings, applicable ratings and acceptance requirements for the requested build. Lead time, shipping arrangements, charges and any return conditions should be reviewed in the agreed quotation before ordering.
